Since our inspections are very detailed, they generally take approximately three to four hours to complete, excluding the time it takes to prepare the report. The actual time may vary due to the size, age and condition of the house, as well as the number of optional systems (ie: pool, spa, well, septic tank, etc.) a house has. When you schedule your inspection, we will do our best, based on our experience, to accurately estimate the time that your home inspection will take.In a nutshell: we don't rush our inspections.
We will inspect the first optional system for FREE, For any of the homes' other optional systems you would like inspected we charge an additional $10 each. This includes Termite inspections, Crawlspaces, Pool/Spas, Wells, Septic systems, Outbuildings, or Built-in barbecues. Most other inspectors charge 3 to 7 times this rate.
